Mentoring Plans

A free 15-minute introductory session designed for athletes and parents to connect, ask questions, and learn more about Big Mak Performance Lab. This session allows athletes to talk through their goals, current challenges, and what they’re looking for in mentorship.

Whether you’re struggling with confidence, pressure, mental blocks, or simply looking for guidance from someone who understands the athlete experience firsthand, The Intro Plan is the perfect first step.

8- 30 minute mentor sessions

The Foundation Plan focuses on creating strong mental habits, confidence, and consistency. Athletes will learn how to manage pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and develop routines that support long-term growth both inside and outside the gym.

12- 30 minute mentor sessions

 

The Elevate Plan is built for athletes ready to level up their performance and mindset. This plan focuses on a lot of the same things as The Foundation Plan but with the added sessions it can further help athletes compete with confidence, strengthen their mental game, and develop habits needed to perform at a higher level.

16- 30 minute mentor sessions

The Edge Plan is designed for athletes who want to separate themselves mentally and competitively. This high-accountability mentorship experience focuses on building resilience, sharpening mindset skills, and developing the confidence to perform fearlessly under pressure.

20- 30 minute mentor sessions

The Elite Plan is the highest level of mentorship within Big Mak Performance Lab. Designed for athletes fully committed to maximizing their potential, this program provides personalized support, advanced mental performance help, and high-level mentorship tailored to each athlete’s goals.
